| Payment
In accordance with MN Statutes Chapter 141.35 Collier Computing will accept
payment only from employers and is not licensed for students who pay for
their own training
You may pay by check, purchase order, (terms net due 30 days) or credit
card (VISA, MC, AMEX). Please make checks payable to Collier Computing
Co., Inc. For all forms of payment, please include your name, class date
and location (or student identification number).
When faxing in registration make sure to include copy of PO, check to
be mailed, or credit card # or registration will not be processed.
Your payment will be confirmed within 30 days from enrollment or 12 working
days prior to the first day of class, whichever comes first.
If you enroll within 12 working days of the class, you must confirm payment
within 24 hours.
If you enroll within 5 days before the start date, you must confirm payment
when you enroll.
When enrolling for courses, be sure you are authorized to incur a financial
responsibility for your organization. If you have any problems securing
payment within the specified time, contact our Training Center Coordinator
to reschedule your course.
Confirmation
Once we have received payment, Collier Computing will mail or fax you
a confirmation package which includes a registration confirmation number,
directions to Colliers' facilities and suggested hotels. If you have not
received this package at least one week before the beginning of class,
please call our Training Center Coordinator. We recommend that students
not make travel arrangements without this information package.
Accreditation Disclaimer
Courses offered by Collier Computing are for business patrons. Courses
are not offered as vocational training or as qualifying one for any particular
employment. Courses are not accredited and therefore are not transferable
to any accredited educational institution.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an enrollment, please contact
our TRAINING CENTER COORDINATOR as soon as possible. You will receive
a full refund when changes are made at least 12 business days before the
course begins. (Changes made after this time are not refundable.) Student
substitutions are acceptable with at least two days notice before the
class begins, provided your substitute meets the course prerequisites
or is approved by Collier Computing Management. If it is necessary for
Collier Computing to cancel or reschedule a class, at least a two-week
notice is normally provided. In the event of a cancellation, students
will receive a full refund. Travel arrangements are the student's responsibility
and Collier Computing Co., Inc. assumes no liability for cancellation
fees that may be incurred. |
